About CygnetHealth

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then they have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.

Through their values of Integrity, Trust, Empower, Respect and Care they take pride in the services they offer and the outcomes they enable individuals in our care to achieve. As part of the UHS family of health care services, Cygnet continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of service users, their families and carers and those who commission our services.

Our partnership will see our card actively promoted to their expert and highly dedicated care team of over 10,600 employees that support over 2600 individuals across 150 care services.
