I was unable to add a photo

If you were unable to upload your photo then please do not worry. You can still successfully register for our carers card. There are two ways in which you can upload your photo.

1. Try uploading your photo again
Simply log in to your account. You will be prompted to add your photo.


2. You can email your photo to us
You can simply email your photo as an attachment. We will upload it on your behalf. Click the email link below.
