I have paid for my card but it is asking me for payment?

If you feel you've already paid for your carers card but when you login its asking for payment please follow these steps:

- Select 'No' to the question below asking 'Did this answer your question?'
- Use the contact us form to provide details of your payment
- Confirm the email address used when making payment
- Include whether you paid using Stripe or PayPal.
