There are a few main reasons why users sometimes struggle to log into their account, these are:
Android device issue
If you are using an Android device please make sure that an extra white space does not automatically get added to the end of your email address. Some Android devices add a white space. If one has been added please delete it before completing the login process.
Incorrect email address
Make sure you are using the same email address that you used to create your account.
Incorrect password
Make sure you are using the correct password. If you have forgotten your password then select the Forgotten password option and you will be sent a temporary password which will enable you to log in. Once you have logged in you will be prompted to update your password.
Payment not received
If you have not paid for your card then you will not be able to access your account. If you try to log in to your account without payment being made then you will be prompted to make payment. Once you have made your payment you will then have access to your account.
Photo not received
If you have not provided a photo for your card then you may not be able to access your account. If you try to log in to your account without a photo already being provided then you will be prompted to upload your photo. Once you have uploaded your photo you will then have access to your account.
