Your card may be declined for a number of reasons. For example, your card may have expired, you're over your credit limit or the card issuer sees suspicious activity that could be a sign of fraud. Some banks use blocking which means thy have put a hold on the usage of your card. If your card has been blocked or declined ands you’re not sure why then you will need to contact your bank. Alternatively, you can try using a different card.
You do not have to worry about your order. The chances are that we still have all your details so you will not have to start the process from the beginning and can just make your payment.
